In this study, we plan to identify the changes of the p62/KEAP1/NRF2 pathway and the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway to the nitrosamine and HPV synergistically induced esophageal cancer, to explore the possible molecular mechanism of esophageal cancer, and finally to build a scientific and rational control strategies and measures for preventing esophageal cancer in Huai'an area. The gene discussed is SQSTM1; the disease is esophageal cancer.
