Our tumor immunogenetic profiling results revealed that obesity significantly increased the expression of Il1b, Cxcl1, Cxcl3, S100a8, and Csf3. These genes encode cytokines and chemokines responsible for the generation and trafficking of G-MDSCs, providing evidence for enhanced MDSC generation and chemotaxis with obesity (Figure 3B). This evidence concerns the gene CXCL1 and obesity disorder.
