To reveal the clinical significance of ARHGEF11 overexpression, we divided a total of 214 HCC patients from West China Hospital dataset into ARHGEF11-high (n=166) and ARHGEF11-low (n=48) expression subgroups, according to the best cut-off point of ARHGEF11 expression analyzed by X-tile software. This evidence concerns the gene ARHGEF11 and hepatocellular carcinoma.
