Notably, patients with simultaneous high UPK1A-AS1 and EZH2 expression exhibited shorter OS than those with low expression of UPK1A-AS1 and EZH2, suggesting that the combined detection of UPK1A-AS1 and EZH2 expression can better predict the prognosis of patients with HCC. Here, UPK1A is linked to hepatocellular carcinoma.
