Here, we present the first case of a young pregnant female with glioblastoma exhibiting BRAF V600E mutation, in whom the isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH1), O-6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase (MGMT) promoter methylation and telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) are all negative, indicating chemo-resistance to the classical chemotherapy strategy. This evidence concerns the gene IDH1 and glioblastoma.
