The T-helper cells of type 1 (Th1) activate specifically the cytotoxic T cells (CD8+) through antigen presentation; thus, they have an anti-tumoral effect, especially in classical Hodgkin’s lymphoma, B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) [44], and complete remission of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma [45]. Here, CD8A is linked to B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
