The latest “WHO classification of soft tissue and bone tumor” classifies the undifferentiated small round cell sarcomas of bone and soft tissue into three diagnostic categories: round cell sarcomas with EWSR1non-ETS fusions, capicua transcriptional repressor (CIC)-rearranged sarcomas, and sarcoma with Bcl6 corepressor (BCOR) genetic alterations [30].
