USP1 and breast cancer: Interestingly, we found that the YAP/TAZ gene signatures were significantly enriched in the USP1 high samples compared to the other gene signatures, through GSEA (Figure 6B and Figure S3) In addition, using publicly available datasets, we found that the high expression of both USP1 or TAZ is associated with a reduction in relapse-free survival in breast cancer cases (Figure 6C) [35].
