CD274 and breast cancer: Regarding the PD-L1 rs2890658 C/A polymorphism, our results show that PD-L1 rs2890658 significantly increased the risk of BC in heterozygous (OR=2.44, 95%CI=1.71-3.46, p<0.0001, CA vs CC), dominant (OR=2.48, 95%CI=1.74-3.51, p<0.0001, CA+AA vs CC), and A allele (OR=1.87, 95%CI=1.41-2.48, p<0.0001, A vs C) genetic models.
