The ATM, CASP8, FGFR2, FN1, IGF1, LSP1, MAP3K, MMP7, and RHOC genes were chosen for this study because of their reported roles in BC in populations other than Jordanians such as Caucasian (Chen et al., 2015; Easton et al., 2007; Zhang et al., 2011; Sadek et al., 2017). This evidence concerns the gene CASP8 and breast cancer.
