Several studies pointed out for the interrelation between soluble interleukin (sIL)-32; sTNF-α; NK cells percentage and cytopenia’s in MDS patients (Marcondes et al., 2008; Fehniger et al., 2016); however, no previous study assessed NK cells and NK subsets in parallel with TNF-α and IL-32 in the BM of AML-MDS patients. Here, TNF is linked to myelodysplastic syndrome.
