This study found CCNA1 gene methylation positive 12 cases in high- grade lesion and positive one case in benign specimen, which was correlated with Yang et al.’s findings reporting CCNA1 can be positive 11.1 % in normal cervix, 25% in LSIL, 55.6% in HSIL and 80% in cervical cancer (Yang et al., 2014). The gene discussed is CCNA1; the disease is cervical cancer.
