When compared with those without, T2DM patients with DPN had significantly older age (P = 0.014); higher BNP (P = 0.001), neutrophil count (P = 0.026), NLR (P < 0.001), fibrinogen (P = 0.023), ACR (P = 0.004), creatinine (P =0.007), and VPT (P < 0.001); larger proportions of DFU (P = 0.002), PAD (P = 0.001), DN (P < 0.001), and DR (P = 0.032); and lower BMI (P < 0.001), eGFR (P = 0.002), lymphocyte count (P < 0.001), and ABI (P = 0.028).
