Some authors reported that colorectal cancer could have eosinophilic infiltration [13, 14], and that colorectal cancer had the potential for expression of various chemokines, such as interleukin (IL)-2, IL-3, IL-5, CCL (CC chemokine ligand) 11, or CCL24, that trigger eosinophil development and migration [15–17]. Here, IL3 is linked to colorectal cancer.
