As shown in Figure 3, Figures S1 and S2, Monoclone9 groups showed minor tumour volumes (493.16 ± 385.51 mm3; P < .001) and smaller metastatic tumour area (P < .001) than shNC groups respectively, suggesting that loss of PSA expression delayed growth of C4‐2 cells in vivo and distant spreading to mice lung. This evidence concerns the gene KLK3 and neoplasm.
