There was no significant transcriptional discrepancy of SPARC, SPP1, IBSP, NFKB1, NFKB2, REL, RELA, RELB, FOS, MYC, IL1B, CXCR4, MMP-1, CTGF, FGF5, and IL11 between breast cancer patients with and without histology-confirmed microcalcification (unpaired two-samples Wilcoxon rank sum test, all P values > 0.001). This evidence concerns the gene NFKB1 and breast carcinoma.
