CDKN2A, KMT2C and KMT2D, LRP1B, NOTCH1, NSD1, PDE4DIP, PIK3CA, TGFBR2, and TP53 were altered at high frequencies in our cohort, consistent with findings in laryngeal tumors in TCGA [19,20]. This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and laryngeal neoplasm.
