Among biochemical variables, 2h-OGTT, insulin, TG, TC, HDL-C, LDL-C, CRP (with fold changes 0.66, 0.77, 0.42, 0.75, 0.84, 0.75, and 0.29, respectively) showed a significant decrease one year after birth, except for fasting insulin and FPG, which were relatively higher than GDM without statistical significance. This evidence concerns the gene INS and gestational diabetes.
