Myasthenia gravis (MG) is an autoantibody‐mediated autoimmune disorder against postsynaptic membrane proteins at the neuromuscular junction, including acetylcholine receptor (AChR), muscle‐specific kinase (MuSK), and lipoprotein receptor‐related protein 4 (LRP4).1 The gene discussed is LRP4; the disease is myasthenia gravis.
