Based on the importance of NK cells in antitumor function in CML, in this study, we assayed the TIGIT, CD57, and KLRG1 expression frequencies on NK cells and NK cell subsets in the PB and BM of DN-CML patients and patients who achieved a molecular response (MR-CML) after TKI treatment. The gene discussed is B3GAT1; the disease is chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
