To further assess whether SV95–6 specific CTL line or SV95–7 specific CTL line is cytotoxic against other cancer types or normal cells, both HLA-A2 and survivin positive cancer cells including lung cancer (A549 cell line) and breast cancer (MCF7) were selected, normal HLA-A2 positive PBMCs together with activated HLA-A2 PBMCs, and normal hematopoietic stem cells (UCB CD34+ cells) were also included as the target cells. This evidence concerns the gene BIRC5 and breast carcinoma.
