The main molecular mechanisms of SXZKF for pharyngitis consisted of 28 signaling pathways, and the key pathways that were closely related to pharyngitis were found to be related to analgesia, inhibition of inflammation response, inhibition of viral replication, and inhibition of anaphylactic reaction through inactivating serotonergic synaptic, VEGF signaling pathway, Fc epsilon RI signaling pathway, Ras signaling pathway, MAPK signaling pathway, and influenza A.
