The target genes of miR-195-5p predicted by the miRDB5, TargetScan76, starBase7, and mirwalk8 databases were intersected with the highly expressed genes in prostate cancer from microarray data GSE103512, the result of which suggested that PDLIM5 was a target gene of miR-195-5p (Figure 4A).
