Supplementary Figure 1 listed the top 20 most significant SR-ASEs in each splicing pattern according to their Z score and P-value. Taking all types together, splicing events within the parent genes CIRBP, BLOC1S1, TRAFD1, UNG, EIF6, METTL15, CMC2, HM13, KLHL7, TECPR2, DNAJC12, DUT, and MPND were highly related to the overall survival of ACC patients (Figure 1D). Survival curves with a cutoff at the median PSI value of the top four ASEs showed a remarkable difference (Figures 2A–D). Here, CMC2 is linked to adrenal cortex carcinoma.
