We detected QTLs related to traits such as feed conversion ratio, loin muscle area, body weight, intramuscular fat content, scrotal/inguinal hernia, teat number, total number born alive, change in Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae antibody titer, and toll-like receptor 9 level (Table 4), which suggest that the pig breed might have previously undergone selection for meat quality and health (an indication of the environmental adaptability of the breed).
