LAMP1 and tuberculosis: Finally, we revealed that the frequencies of NK cell expressing PFN, GZE B, and CD107a cytotoxic markers are significantly lower in LN compared to whole blood with UNS and after stimulation with TB antigens (PPD, ESAT-6 PP, and CFP-10 PP) and P/I antigen, suggesting the inability to exert their cytotoxic potential against TB infection.
