We used an online bioinformatics database (starBasev2.0) [31], the same tool as used in previous studies [25], to predict the potential targets for MAFG-AS1 and found only one target microRNA, hsa-miR-339-5p (Supplementary Table 2), which had previously been reported as a significant tumor suppressor in breast cancer [32]. Here, MAFG is linked to breast carcinoma.
