An amplification predicted to form a NCOR2-SCARB1 fusion gene was identified in one lung cancer cell line (Supplementary Fig. S7b), CCDC6-ANK3-forming amplifications were found in two ovarian cancer cell lines (Supplementary Fig. S7c), and a LHFPL3-KMT2E-forming amplification was found in one lung cancer (Supplementary Fig. S7d). This evidence concerns the gene CCDC6 and lung carcinoma.
