CD4 and cancer: In the same cancer model, while the genetic abrogation of MHCII in LECs leads to a local impairment of Treg suppressive functions in tumors, it does not affect antitumor CD4+ T cell responses in LNs draining the tumor site (TdLNs), suggesting that LECs in LNs cannot present tumor antigens through MHCII molecules (Gkountidi et al., submitted).
