Current work also demonstrated that miR-124-3p and miR-124-3p-CRKL axis mediated HCC malignancy via the RAF-MEK-ERK pathway through regulating cancer migration and invasion, and via N-cadherin, E-cadherin, and vimentin, through regulation of EMT and via C-JUN and BAX/BCL-2 pathways by regulating cell proliferation and apoptosis, as schemed in Figure 7.
