We analyzed the genetic variations, correlations, and network of PKP1/2/3 in ovarian cancer with cBioPortal based on the Ovarian Serous Cystadenocarcinoma (OV) (TCGA, Provisional) database, there were 144 samples (21%) with genetic alteration in PKP1/2/3, and the genetic alteration of PKP1/2/3 varied from 4 to 10% (PKP1, 7%; PKP2, 10%; PKP3, 4%) (Fig. 3a). The gene discussed is PKP2; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
