The positive expression rate of PKP2 was 83.8% (98/117) in ovarian cancer, which was significantly higher than those in borderline group (43.5%, 10/23), benign group (26.7%, 4/15) and normal group (20%, 3/15) (all P < 0.001) (Fig. 8A (b–d), Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene PKP2 and ovarian carcinoma.
