Furthermore, we found that mesenchymal transformed breast cancer cells treated with a Rho activator exhibit a decreased invasive capacity (Fig. 7G; RhoA activator II: 22.99 ± 9.922% vs. untreated; P = 0.0401; n = 7), which could be verified for TNBC cells as well (supplementary Fig. 6E).
