RPN2 and glioma: Given that RPN2 can physically interact with GSK-3β and subsequently result in the inactivation of phosphorylation (Ser9) and that GSK-3β is a significant suppressor of the wnt signaling pathway, we further explored the relationship between RPN2 and wnt/β-catenin pathway, highlighting the detailed mechanism of shRPN2 in suppressing tumorigenicity in glioma.
