To determine whether RUNX1T1 binding in this context is associated with changes in histone acetylation, we reanalyzed ChIP‐seq data from GEO accession number GSE29222, in which the effect of siRNA knockdown of the RUNX1‐RUNX1T1 fusion transcript on global histone acetylation was examined in Kasumi‐1 AML cells. This evidence concerns the gene RUNX1T1 and acute myeloid leukemia.
