CD8A and mycosis fungoides: These findings raise the possibility that co-expression of CD4 and CD8 in cutaneous lesions may confer a better prognosis in MF.[6] Since the first CD4/CD8 dual-positive MF case described in 2014,[7] only 5 cases (including ours) have been reported.[8–10] Here, we present the case of a patient with CD4/CD8 dual-positive MF in accordance with the CARE guidelines,[11] who responded well to treatment with Chinese medicine (CM).
