In our study, RCC was also found to have higher incidences of KRAS mutation (49.7% vs. 33.0%, P-value = 0.007) and BRAF mutation (23.4% vs. 3.6%, P-value = 2.8e-6) than LCC. The gene discussed is BRAF; the disease is leukoencephalopathy with calcifications and cysts.
