SNPs at seven loci of ADGRL2, PTPN22, TENM3, ANKRD55, IL2RA, IL21, and ANKRD30A, were identified of association with both JIA and other autoimmune diseases, such as common variable immunodeficiency (CVID), autoimmune thyroiditis (THY), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), celiac disease (CEL), ulcerative colitis (UC), Crohn’s disease (CD), and systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), although some loci with opposite direction of effect [76]. The gene discussed is ANKRD55; the disease is common variable immunodeficiency.
