We report that FA-DEX-VBL-SPION could induce cytotoxic effects on the caspase-3, PDL-1, NF-1, and H-ras gene expression levels, and lead to a reduction in cancerous cells, thereby effectively controlling cancer progression without toxicity to healthy cells compared with void VBL and FA-DEX-SPION. The gene discussed is NF1; the disease is cancer.
