When investigating the correlation between ISG15 mRNA expression and well-established EMT transcription factors, the results revealed a negative correlation with CTNNB, CDH1; however, a positive association was shown with LLGL2. These findings indicate that high ISG15, at both transcriptomic and proteomic levels, involves in promoting tumour cell migration and enhancing the LVI process. This evidence concerns the gene CTNNB1 and neoplasm.
