Studies in the past decade have reported that tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs) targeting epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), and ROS proto-oncogene 1 (ROS1) are potential therapeutic targets for lung adenocarcinoma, upon genotyping (3–5).
