Taken together, the present work generates valuable evidence on the TLR3-mediated alternative signaling of the TLR3–MyD88–IRAK1–TRAF6–TAK1–TAB—NF-κB axis leading to the upregulation of IL-6 and cyclin D1 and culminating in the proliferation of breast cancer cells, a response that is regulated via the MyD88 gateway. Here, MAP3K7 is linked to breast carcinoma.
