Interestingly, there was a positive correlation between TLR2/TLR4 expression and the presence of neutralizing antibodies against CBV2 (rS: 0.45; P = 0.03) (Figure 3), the serum concentration of CXCL8 (rS: 0.65, P = 0.002) (Figure 4A) and the serum concentration of TNF-α (rS: 0.5, P = 0.01) (Figure 4B) in the patients with T1D and the T1DNAS group.
