In the case of PARK1 and PARK4 genes, this applies to lung, intestine, prostate, ovary, melanoma, and non-Hodgkin’s lymphomas [50,51,52,53]; in the case of PARK2, to glioma, lung cancer, ovarian cancer, kidney cancer, pancreatic cancer and melanoma [34,54,55,56]; in the case of PARK6, to glioma and ovarian cancer [57]; in the case of PARK7, to breast, lung, pancreatic, stomach, and prostate cancer [53,58,59]. This evidence concerns the gene PRKN and central nervous system cancer.
