Higher RNH1 serum levels conveyed a statistically significant higher probability of experiencing AKI 12 h after surgery (p = 0.0199, OR = 1.129), 24 h after surgery (p = 0.0435, OR = 1.106), and 48 h after surgery (p = 0.0194, OR = 1.178, Figure 4C).
