With a 3rd quartile segregation, high expression of CysLT1 is significantly associated with reduced melanoma-specific survival (p = 0.0012; HR 2.76; 95% CI 1.21–6.3) and reduced overall survival (p = 0.0011; HR 2.76; 95% CI 1.21–6.3) in this primary UM cohort (Figure 3B,C, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene CYSLTR1 and melanoma.
