The experience made with somatostatin receptor-targeted radiopeptides (e.g., [177Lu]Lu-DOTATATE [3, 4]) and prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeted radioligands (e.g., [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 [5, 6]) is encouraging to further explore suitable targets and develop radiopharmaceuticals to enable the treatment of additional tumor types. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and neoplasm.
