FAT4 and colorectal carcinoma: The dual-luciferase reporter assay verified the target relation between FAT4 and miR-106b-5p, and rescue experiment revealed that up-regulation of miR-106b-5p expression promoted the viability and increased migration, invasion and angiogenesis of the cells, and overexpression of FAT4 reversed the function of up-regulation of miR-106b-5p in CRC cells, however, low-expressed miR-106b-5p showed the opposite effects on CRC cells via targeting FAT4.
