In the control group, Cyclin B (0.96 ± 0.09 vs 0.56 ± 0.06, p = 0.022), Cdk1 (1.03 ± 0.12 vs 0.56 ± 0.09, p = 0.035), and Mapk (0.96 ± 0.18 vs 0.47 ± 0.13, p = 0.041) mRNA levels were significantly higher than PCOS. Here, CDK1 is linked to polycystic ovary syndrome.
