NKX2-5 and coronary artery disorder: Accordingly, we conducted a case-control study including 620 mothers of CHD patients and 620 mothers of healthy children, collecting mothers' information by questionnaire and detecting children's NKX2.5 variants with a MassARRAY system, to study the association of maternal DM, NKX2.5 variants and their interaction with CHD in offspring to provide a new direction for the prevention of CHD.
