Subsequently, the correlation between CHD5 expression levels and clinicopathological characteristics was assessed and the results showed that low CHD5 expression was closely related to advanced TNM stage, high Fuhrman grade, and lymph node metastasis; nevertheless, there was no relationship to patients' gender, age, and tumor size (Table 1). This evidence concerns the gene CHD5 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
